It’s inevitable that there will be some teething issues with new builds – fortunately these sorts of thing are covered under warranty, and while the developers are on site it’s reasonably easy to get these rectified.
There has been a lot of confusion around the process for this, hopefully this post contains all the details needed to get in touch with the right person and get the issue rectified ASAP. It will be updated over time by the committee as we get more details.
We’ve been asked not to contact the construction company (CGW Limited) directly any more – any issues inside your property should be raised directly with the sub contractor responsible, or with the developer via their solicitor. Any external issues should be raised with the Body Corporate Committee, who will in turn raise it with the developer directly.
